A final quote will be given after a full discussion about your commission. The final quote may be higher than the prices shown depending on the level of detail specified.

⊹ General
I have the right to reject any commission I am not comfortable doing.
I have the right to stream your commission on Twitch. In the case of a Live2D commission, please let me know if you do not want it to be streamed.
Live2D commissions must disclose a planned debut date. If I am not given an adequate amount of time to finish, a 10% rush fee will be charged.
I have the right to upload your commission on my social media.
My art may not be used in AI generating software.
Credit is required (ex. tag to my twitter).
⊹ Payment
There will be an additional fee for rushed commissions.
Commercial rights to illustration or sketch commissions will be charged an additional fee.
I only accept PayPal (USD). Zelle can be used for returning customers for a 5% discount.
Commissions will only start after I receive the payment. In the case of partial payments, WIP will be sent with watermarks.
I do not offer refunds.
If I cannot finish your commission, you will be refunded 100% back.
⊹ References
Please provide clear pictures (front, side, and back) view of your character.
Written descriptions do not count and will be rejected. You will be charged a character design fee if I receive a written description.
AI generated references will be rejected.
⊹ Time
Commissions may be done within 2 weeks to 6 months after I have started. It may take longer depending on the commission complexity and my workload.
Please be patient. I am a full time student and work part-time. Commissions are constantly updated via Trello
⊹ Process
You will receive a WIP during the sketch and base coloring phase.
Up to 3 WIP may be requested throughout the commission.
Revisions will be discussed during the sketch phase.
Changes after the sketch is finalized will be charged.
Mistakes on my part will be fixed for free if references were clear and detailed.
The final file will not be given if a commission is still partially paid. Once it is fully paid, a google drive link will be provided.
⊹ Final Process
I retain the copyright of any artwork created.
A Google Drive link with the completed file will be sent.
You may not use the product in blockchain-related technology, such as NFTs or cryptocurrency.
Final artwork may not be used in AI generation software.
I will personally assist Live2D commissioners in setting up their model in VTube Studio and will provide instructions on how to adjust it to your preference.
